West and East meet at a Bridal Fashion Photoshoot at Vertigo Sky Lounge

Chicago Fashion Connect got a chance to take a look at behind the scenes of a bridal photoshoot at the Vertigo Sky Lounge. The shoot combined two different styles of traditional bridal gowns, western and eastern. Call Models, Makeup and Hair for Eva Pazola showcase at the Drake

Eva Pazola will be showing the Spring 2012 Collection at the Drake Hotel on Apr 20 and is looking for models, makeup artists and hairstylists who are interested in getting exposure. The name of the collection is Layers of Light, and we will be showing dresses and evening wear. The event goes from 1pm to 4:30pm.

Model requirements – Female models should be at least 5’7″ and sizes 4 and 6.

Hair and Makeup – We are looking for something very clean and natural.

Eva’s progressive style allows women to feel rooted while exploring the art of dressing. Chicago Fashion Designers the highlight of “Night in Paris” show

Union League Club of Chicago held it’s 3rd fashion night on Mar 15, 2012. This year’s theme was inspired by Paris. The event was exclusive to club members and their guests and featured a fashion show with four designers: Thierry Roger, Nora del Buco, Monàrrez Collection and Balani Custom Clothiers.

In the West Loop freight trucks drive alongside BMWs, trendy restaurants set up shop next to warehouses, and blue-collar workers and hip artists can be seen at the same local coffee shops. For nearly a century the West Loop was a mix of factories, meat and produce markets, and wholesale outlets, but today the neighborhood is becoming a trendy place for young families and professionals to call home. Located just steps away from the loop, the West Loop is bounded by the streets of Grand Avenue to the north, the Kennedy Expressway to the east, the Eisenhower Expressway to the south, and Ashland Avenue to the west.
